Déjà vu is a miracle!
Have you ever experienced being in a situation and having the strong sense that you’ve been in that same exact situation, in that same scene, with the same people, and all the other details are exactly the same as well, but it only lasts a few seconds before you realize you hadn’t actually experienced that before?
That is déjà vu.
Déjà vu is a French term that means, “already seen”.
It’s used to describe the overwhelming sense of familiarity at times that whatever you’re going through shouldn’t logically feel familiar.
There are a lot of different theories as to why déjà vu happens. Some people say it’s a psychic experience, some say it’s a prophecy, and some say it’s precognition. Some say it must have happened prior in a dream, that it’s memory mix-up or that it has something to do with a medical condition. Considering the fact that most people have experienced déjà vu, you think we’d be able to find a commonality among the crowd.
Well, I’ve found one!
I read an explanation that actually makes sense to me and ties in well with the other things I’ve learned on my spiritual path. Many spiritual leaders believe that déjà vu is a signal to your soul.
Déjà vu is a signal to your soul that you’re on the right track in your chart. You have had experience with that specific situation before, because you, as a soul about to make your journey to this low-vibe planet Earth, planned it into your chart and let it stick in your memory as a way to comfort your soul with reassurance that you’re on the right track. Your soul planned a lot of your experiences, but only some were impressed onto your memory as signals.
Isn’t that cool? There are other instances in your life that act as spiritual signals to your soul, as well. If you can get in tune with them, your brain can get in on the fun of taking advantage of the benefits of your soul’s knowledge.
Most of the things you think of as coincidences or synchronicities are signals to your soul. For example, if you’re seeing the same number patterns in seemingly random places.
Make a habit of noticing these affirmative signs more often than you already do. It’s a great learning experience to write notes on how and when you experience coincidences or patterns, as well as what you’re going through at the time. Later, compare your notes from days in a row to help you recognize “coincidences”.
Maybe, just maybe, there is no such thing as a “coincidence” after all!
Your superpower for noticing signs can help you live in the here and now. Living in the here and now can be how you practice a more Zen way of life to help you get the most out of it. You can more easily, and less fearfully, flow with the natural tide of your life plan. Once you clear your mind of all your fears, you start noticing miracles all around you that you hadn’t noticed before.
Talk about the magical world beyond our plain sight!
